  1. Payment Confirmation

    Once the initial payment is completed, your service with Vesure Techno will be considered confirmed.

  2. Onboarding Timeline

    Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to initiate onboarding. Timely response and cooperation from your side are required.

  3. Service Activation

    Setup and activation will begin only after all required business details, documents, and approvals are shared by the client.

  4. Refund Policy

    50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This amount covers onboarding, setup, and resource allocation.

  5. Client Responsibility

    Any delay due to incomplete information or non-responsiveness from the client side may impact timelines. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
