To keep things clear, a few terms are used throughout this document:
VeSure Technologies Private Limited is a New Delhi-based software and technology company. We build practical SaaS products and software solutions for businesses including point-of-sale (POS), HR management system, learning management, e-commerce, appointment management, healthcare information systems, and WhatsApp Business API automation.
We also provide related services such as custom software and app development, integrations, and business automation. We are not a generic vendor or a digital marketing agency; our focus is software that helps businesses run better.
To use our paid Services, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and you must be using them for a genuine business purpose. When you register, you agree to give accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for your account login details and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly at collab@vesuretech.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Most VeSure products are offered on a subscription basis. The plan you choose, its price, and its billing cycle (for example, yearly, monthly) are shown at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We may offer a free demo or trial so you can see a product before you commit. Demos and trials are provided as they are, for evaluation only, and we may change or end them at any time. Any data you add during a trial may be removed when the trial ends unless you continue with a paid plan.

We take data protection seriously. VeSure is ISO 27001 certified, and we handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For business customers, you remain responsible for the data you collect from your own customers and process through our software, and for having a lawful basis to do so.
All rights in our Website and Services including the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the VeSure name and brand belong to VeSure or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services under your plan.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of our Services or content without our written permission, except where the law allows.
Any data and content you upload remains yours. By using our Services, you give us permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide the Services to you.
Some features rely on third-party services for example, the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta) for VeSync, payment gateways, or other integrations you choose to connect. Your use of those services is also subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, though we work to integrate them securely and reliably.
We work hard to keep our Services available and dependable, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. From time to time we may update, improve, or temporarily pause parts of the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. Where a change is significant, we'll aim to give reasonable notice. We may also add, change, or retire features as our products evolve.
Our Services and the information on our Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the Services will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, or be entirely free of errors. Content on the Website is for general information and may be updated at any time. Any reliance you place on it is at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeSure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as loss of profit, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.
Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the relevant product in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. [Confirm with legal counsel.]
You agree to indemnify and hold VeSure, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using our Services at any time, subject to your plan's terms. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay fees due, usually after giving reasonable notice where practical. On termination, you’re right to use the Services ends. We will handle your data after termination in line with our Privacy Policy, including any export window we offer.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our products, business, or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and significant changes may be highlighted. Continuing to use our Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
