1. Refund Policy

At VeSure Technologies Private Limited ("VeSure", "we", "us", or "our"), we build software our customers can rely on, and we want every purchase to be an informed one. Before you buy, we offer a guided product demo and, where available, a trial period, so you can evaluate the software with your own workflows and confirm it fits your business.

We understand situations may still arise where you need to request a refund, so please review this policy carefully before purchasing any VeSure product or service.

1.1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • VeSure offers a 7-day money-back guarantee to new customers on eligible products.
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days from the date of purchase, you may request a full refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team within this 7-day period.

1.2. Eligibility for Refund

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.
  • A refund will not be issued if the software has been used beyond the trial period, or if your activation code or login credentials have been shared, misused, or compromised.
  • One-time setup, implementation, data migration, customization, and training fees, and any third-party or pass-through charges already incurred, are not refundable.

1.3. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request and confirm your eligibility, we review it within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and, depending on your bank or payment provider, usually reflect within a further 5–7 working days and up to about 10–14 days in some cases in line with the turnaround norms for the relevant payment method.

2. Perpetual Licenses

Where a VeSure product is sold as a perpetual (one-time) license rather than a subscription, that purchase is not subject to cancellation once the license has been delivered and activated, as it grants you a one-time right to use the software.

3. Policy Changes

VeSure reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify customers of any changes through our website or by email, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the latest version.
