VeSure is a New Delhi-based software and technology company. We build SaaS products, App development and software solutions for businesses across India and beyond. When you use a VeSure product to run your business, you decide what data you collect from your own customers and how you use it, you are the data controller for that information, and we act as the data processor on your behalf.
We process it only to provide the service to you and according to your instructions and our agreement. You are responsible for having the right consents and a lawful basis for the data you put into our products.
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as required by law. For business records and active subscriptions, this is for the life of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards.

You stay in control of your VeSure account and your data. You can delete your VeSure product or service account, or the data stored in it, at any time and from anywhere directly from your account settings, or by emailing us at collab@vesuretech.com.
Once you confirm your request, we remove the relevant account and personal data from our active systems, keeping only what we are required by law to retain. If you need any help with the process, our team will be glad to guide you.
Our Website and products are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
